Where can you ship to?

We can currently ship to urban addresses within the North Island of New Zealand. We do not currently ship to rural addresses or the South Island as we cannot guarantee that our products will stay cool enough to remain safe for consumption. We hope to be able to ship to rural addresses and the South Island in the near future.

We currently only offer Saturday delivery by arrangement. Please email steph@littlepotofgold.co.nz to discuss your needs.

What if I live at a rural address, can I still order your products?

You are more than welcome to select an authorised NZ Courier agent or collection point as your delivery address. To locate your nearest agent or collection point, visit the NZ Courier website at this link: www.nzcextras.co.nz/nearestlocation/. Use the address of the agent as your delivery address care of your name. It is your responsibility to pick up your order from the agent/collection point as soon as possible after delivery.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

All our orders have an authority to leave and will be delivered to the address you provide whether or not someone is home to receive it. It is your responsibility to refrigerate your order as soon as possible after delivery. It’s always a good idea to leave a chilly bin at your front door with a note on it for the courier to leave your package inside it, to make sure it stays extra cool.

How will my order be packaged for shipping?

We use packaging materials from Wool Cool and an ice pack to keep your products cool while they are on their way to you.

What are shipping costs?

Our shipping is a flat rate of $12 for all orders and free for orders over $70. This covers the cost of the courier service, an ice pack and Wool Cool insulated liners.

What is Wool Cool?

Wool Cool is a fantastic company that produce insulated packaging liners from sheep’s wool, eliminating the need for horrible polystyrene packaging. You can find more information about this wonderful product at www.woolcool.com.
